Analysis and management of industrial investment projects (machine tools for the aerospace, nuclear, defense, precision mechanics sectors): understanding needs, technical and budgetary scoping, monitoring until commissioning. Interface between management, technical teams, suppliers, and customers: proposal preparation, information coordination, management of project adjustments. Improvement of internal processes: formalization of project cycle stages (qualification, study, offer, validation, monitoring), clarification of information flows between management, administration, and logistics. Participation in the company's representation at trade shows and customer events (offering presentation, needs gathering, market watch).

Legal and regulatory assessment of digital projects (digital services, internal tools, data/AI projects): GDPR, banking regulations, cybersecurity, digital environment. Drafting of summary notes and watch reports for the Risk Department and decision-making bodies. Support for IT project managers in integrating legal constraints from the design phase of solutions. Work in interface with lawyers, DPOs, technical and business teams in a digital transformation context.
