    Piano LED, a connected piano case brand, contacted us urgently before their appearance on "Qui Veut Être Mon Associé?" on M6.
    Starting from scratch with CRM, the goal was to convert as much of the traffic peak generated by the show as possible.
    We implemented the entire email and WhatsApp marketing strategy: welcome flows, abandoned cart and abandoned checkout flows, email capture pop-ups, Trustpilot review request sequences, all in an evergreen version then adapted to the QVEMA context.
    Result: revenue attributed to email increased from 4% to 20%, with no deliverability issues despite the traffic peak.
