Dedicated DevOps engineer in the IT-Commerce department within the CARS team (Cdiscount Ad Retail Solution), comprising about thirty people. CARS is a product that highlights and manages sponsored products on the Cdiscount website and for other client sites.

My role is to deploy the necessary infrastructure for the product and support the team, always with a DevOps approach, in an exclusively Azure environment which is not widely used within Cdiscount.

- Provide a vision of the Cloud infrastructure to the team;

- Support the team in mastering Azure components/services/technologies: AKS, AppInsight, LogAnalytics, KeyVault, ServiceBus, EventHub, etc.

- Deploy the infrastructure organized into multiple environments/tenants on Azure using Terraform (4 environments / 3 tenants);

- Implement a custom CICD on Azure DevOps (Cloud version) meeting the product's needs, with adjustments based on team feedback and requirements, along with team support and training;

- Maintain and operate the platform/product;

- Monitor and optimize Azure infrastructure costs.

DevOps engineer seconded to the IT4IT department / Search Engine team. Our role is to evangelize DevOps practices as close as possible to the teams and their needs, participate in the design of new platforms, and improve and manage the platforms. Objectives:

- Design and deploy platforms using Ansible: Kafka, Solr, Elasticsearch, MongoDB;

- Maintain and operate the Cdiscount search engine (MongoDB-Kafka Solr stack with numerous microservices orchestrated by Mesos-Marathon initially, then migrated to Kubernetes) and other search engines in the Offer-Product integration chain (ELK stack);

- Prepare platforms for key e-commerce periods (Black Friday, Sales, French Days);

- Deploy technologies to improve observation, monitoring, and alerting: Prometheus, Prometheus Exporter (for Kafka, Solr, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB), Grafana, Dynatrace, Zabbix;

- Extend a platform on Azure with an Elasticsearch/Storm foundation: migrating PowerShell scripts to Terraform for infrastructure deployment + Ansible for software configuration;

- Update platforms;

- On-call support for this scope. Technical Environment:
