Baptiste Caux

Born in France and raised in several countries, I discovered my passion for cinema early on at school.

I further developed this passion for light, images, storytelling, and cinematography.

I studied at a film school in Paris, EICAR (Ecole Internationale du Film de Paris), where I graduated with a Bachelor's in Directing.

In 2012, I moved to Los Angeles to join the renowned "New York Film Academy," where I graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Filmmaking with a cinematography option.

I have worked as a Director of Photography on numerous short films, music videos, and commercials.

In November 2014, I was the Director of Photography on 4 feature films in Taiwan, one of which was awarded in 2017.

I own an "ARRI" MINI ALEXA camera.

I love the thrill and sense of "adventure" that each shoot provides, as cinema is always full of surprises.

Since 2017, I have been working in Strasbourg on various projects. Between TV, fiction, music videos, and short films, I am very versatile and can adapt to any situation.

I enjoy teamwork, the technical aspects, and the creative sense that this experience requires.
