Design – SolidWorks:

Modeling of parts, complex assemblies, detailed drawings, and support for technical choices for critical medical devices.

Product Development & DFM / DFA:

Optimization of existing mechanical solutions (reliability, manufacturability, assembly) and support from prototype to series production.

Clean Room Assembly Tooling:

Development of fixtures, jigs, and tools ensuring precision, repeatability, ergonomics, and compliance with the constraints required for a heart pump.

Methods & Industrialization:

Responsible for the development and optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes for the magnetic coupling system ensuring the rotary drive of the minimally invasive heart pump. Validation of manufacturing methods and technical support for production.

3D CAD Design of Molds and Precision Tooling:

Modeling of mechanical parts, mold components, industrial fixtures, and jigs.

CAD – Machining – Manual Adjustment:

Adaptation of geometries to facilitate machining, fitting, and ensure 3D / real part consistency.

Quality Analysis & Production Support:

Diagnosis of molding defects, corrective solutions (CAD + field), and cross-functional collaboration.

Modeling of mechanical components, mold elements, fixtures, and tooling for machining and inspection.

Quality Analysis & Production Support:

Diagnosis of molding defects, proposal of corrective solutions (CAD + field), and cross-functional collaboration with industrial teams.

High-Precision Machining and Adjustment on Molds:

Machine setup, dimensional control, and fine manual interventions (diamond tools, polishing, functional corrections).
