• Provide Level 2 functional support on MM and SD modules in an S4 HANA environment.

• Analyze and resolve complex incidents related to purchasing, sales, and logistics processes (P2P, OTC, VRAC, contracts, billing).

• Identify the root cause of anomalies through functional and technical analysis (debugging, IDocs).

• Handle critical incidents impacting billing, stock valuation, and contract creation.

• Manage evolving requests: needs analysis, costing, writing functional specifications, creating and tracking (POs).

• Collaborate with business and technical teams for the implementation of fixes and validation of solutions.

• Perform non-regression tests and validate evolutions before production.

• Contribute to the writing of operating procedures and the reliability of logistics flows specific to the Oil & Gas sector.

• Provide Level 2 and 3 functional support on MM and SRM modules, within the e-procurement portal, an exchange interface between buyers and suppliers.

• Manage and resolve incidents related to purchasing flows (purchase requisitions, orders, confirmations, receipts).

• Perform analysis of approval workflows (purchase order validation, approval routes, blocked statuses).

• Handle integration errors between SRM and ECC, particularly through IDoc analysis.

• Use diagnostic and monitoring transactions such as SM13, SM58, SM37, SMQ1, RZ20, and ST22 to identify and correct system anomalies.

• Perform validation tests and participate in the production deployment of fixes.

• Write and update functional documentation (procedures, user guides, resolution sheets).

• Execution of functional tests, non-regression tests, and non-functional tests.

• Detection, reporting of observed bugs, and tracking their life cycles through the JIRA and Easy Project bug tracking tools.

• Training and assistance on the use of the HUBSCORE platform.

• Collaboration with the development team to fix regressions.
