I am an apprentice DevSecOps Engineer and a 4th-year student in Computer Science and Telecommunications Engineering, currently completing my second internship in the Cloud Department of a Sonatel, a Senegal based tech company. I help bridge development, operations, and security by integrating secure practices into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. I have hands-on experience with tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Terraform, Trivy, Jira Management Service, Grafana, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, AWS... I have already worked in projects (class projects and internship projects) using these tools. I follow a shift-left security approach, ensuring vulnerabilities are addressed early in the development cycle. I’m highly motivated and eager to gain more experience by working on real-world projects, bringing reliability, a strong learning mindset, and practical knowledge to help teams deploy secure and scalable cloud solutions.
