Balthazar Frolin

INSA Lyon graduate engineer, I am currently a part-time CTO and co-founder of Tokatab. I am looking for freelance missions in parallel.

A passionate developer and entrepreneur, my main areas of expertise are FullStack development and project/product management. I am able to support you from design (data, product, prioritization...) to production (Servers, mobile stores...).

I also offer my services as a developer on less mastered skills but which I am just as passionate about and on which I would like to progress.

I am used to working with PHP Laravel and Vue.JS while remaining open to other proposals. On the mobile side, I am in favor of encapsulation (web/mobile compatibility), if you wish to offer such a service. On the other hand, I use Flutter for cross-platform development and I am also interested in fully native development around the Apple ecosystem.

My various experiences have also allowed me to acquire skills in project management, product and entrepreneurship. I can put these skills at your service, as part of a development mission or on a consulting mission (product strategy, registration of your ideas in a real context, user tests, analytics, emailing, prioritization).

Of course, the areas mentioned above are vast and my generalist approach means that I am not an expert in all of these subjects! You can count on me to be honest about what I can or cannot do, inform myself and recommend you to colleagues who would better master certain subjects. Knowing how to popularize the technical aspects seems important to me in order to get the best out of development.

Finally, I am passionate about virtual and augmented reality. Although my last experiences date back a few years, I would be delighted to participate in a project on these themes.
