After leaving my startup, I was re-engaged by the company Hexagonal as Lead developer. During this period, I worked on projects for clients such as SNCF, assuming important responsibilities such as managing development teams and overseeing the design and implementation of quality software solutions.

Thanks to my leadership and development experience, I was able to be promoted to the position of Training Expert. In this role, I focused my efforts on training and supporting my colleagues in improving their software development skills.

As a Training Expert, I created and led training sessions on the latest development practices, tools and technologies, focusing on developing the key skills needed to ensure the quality of the company's software development projects.

In 2018, I co-founded the startup JRNAL, a platform similar to Spotify but for newspapers. As a technical co-founder, I played a key role in setting up the company and in setting up our systems and creating our application. We managed to have important publications such as The Guardian and Society magazine as partners. We were also selected by the incubator The Family.

My main responsibilities included:
Managing the daily operations of the company, including coordination with freelance developers, designers and especially publishers.
Overseeing financial management, including budgeting and expense management.
Market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and adjust our strategy accordingly.
Participating in fundraising, contacting potential investors and presenting our company.
And at the technical level, the implementation of a React Native application connected to a Ruby on Rails back end, as well as the creation of a complete back office for our publisher partners.

Although JRNAL failed to find its audience and the company was closed, I am proud of the work we accomplished and the partnerships we established.
