I have been working as a CAE engineer (CAD and simulation) for 10 years. My focus is on simulation, design, tolerance management, reverse engineering, failure analysis, and project planning.

I have gained experience with most CAD programs (NX, Solid Edge, Catia, Creo). In the area of FEM, I have built and evaluated mechanical strength analyses, contact analyses, and coupled electro-mechanical and thermo-mechanical simulations. The programs used were Ansys, LS-DYNA, Abaqus, and Hyperworks.

In the area of reverse engineering, I can handle complete projects because I have 3D scanners and a laptop for this purpose. I can scan objects from 100mm to 3000mm and then remodel them in CAD.

The 5 years in product development have shown me how important tolerance and probability calculations are. I have worked extensively with various departments (QM, electronics, laboratory, design, marketing, production, prototyping).

Working for international companies has allowed me to bring my communication skills, negotiation skills, and language skills to a high level.

I have also completed several freelance projects, and the feedback has been very positive.
