PMO with an IT background, my knowledge of various IT areas (networks & telecoms, development, project management, CI/CD, etc.) is an asset that allows me to quickly understand the challenges of the IT department.

My adaptability and empathy are a strength in uniting teams around the objectives of the IT department and the realization of the Roadmap.

Managing communication with different types of stakeholders (steering committee, executive committee, project committee, etc.) and managing information (archiving documents, managing confidentiality, etc.) are part of my key skills.

My various PMO experiences have allowed me to support the IT department in the construction and monitoring of the Roadmap and budget, in particular through the implementation of IT governance procedures and the definition of management KPIs.

I have had the opportunity to work in medium and large IT structures (50 to <2000 people) and in several sectors of activity (network & telecom, mass distribution, supply chain, etc.). I am able to integrate quickly into a new environment, including international (being bilingual in English).
