My career has allowed me to actively contribute to the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality systems according to international standards (ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, IFS).

As a quality technician, I ensured rigorous control of raw materials, finished products, and manufacturing processes, thus ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Danone's internal standards. I also participated in internal and external audits, non-compliance management, staff training on good hygiene practices, and the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
