- Manage the training department

- Work in close collaboration with payroll, QHSE departments, and Operational Managers

- Act as a liaison for employees regarding training requests and provide advisory support to employees in specific training areas.

- Collect training needs (individual and collective) for 400 employees while being proactive in proposing training.

- Create a dashboard (internal tool) for training monitoring adapted to training objectives.

- Support teams in the skills development plan.

- Produce quarterly/annual reports on training completed (monthly physical meeting with the HR department).

- Gather training needs from Operational Managers.

- Compile collected needs.

- Implement selected training (search for courses, registration, invitations, organization of internal training, reception of trainers, ordering associated services, etc.).

- Evaluate the relevance of training completed.

- Track OPCA (Accredited Training Fund) coverage and funding.

- Organize mandatory training for all staff of the 4 SODEXO Guyana entities: 147 employees enrolled in training in 6 months.

Original role within the National Education system. The Continuing Education Advisor is a key player in the organization and development of the Greta. My activity mainly focuses on the following areas:

- analysis of the economic and social environment and the resulting adult training needs,

- negotiation of projects with public and private partners and responses to calls for tenders,

- design of training programs, organizational methods, and new pedagogical approaches adapted to identified issues,

- promotion and diversification of the National Education training offer,

- internal animation within the GRETA and, more broadly, within the educational system, fostering stakeholder engagement, monitoring, and evaluation of continuing education actions implemented,

- training consulting for various public and private partners. The CFC also contributes to the development of the Greta's policy, which it implements within the framework of the academic strategy for the development of continuing education and the Greta's development plan.
