Writing and updating documentary processes for methods related to the Master X62 EV product. Coordination between the Methods and Design Office departments. Quality assurance and configuration of SAO screwing equipment. Deployment of a time study of workstations on the production line, aiming to define the takt time for each station. Optimization of human and financial resources to improve operational performance => Result: -A 15% reduction in cumulative NVA times, -Better task distribution among workstations, reducing the need for temporary operators during periods of high activity (savings of €40,000 over one quarter)

Definition of tasks, milestones, and identification of the critical path. Writing of planning specifications and accompanying notes. Development of cost tracking and physical progress tracking tables for projects. Updating of deliverables: schedules, cost tables, workload plans, physical progress, reports, and risk register. Interface with insurance companies and clients in case of cost or deadline deviations, proposing appropriate corrective actions.
