Project: Repair Management System (RMS) 1. The Repair Management System (RMS) is the extranet of Rimowa.com. Hosted on the Microsoft Azure Cloud, the RMS is a global / Worldwide business application used by Rimowa Luggage Repair Center agents. The Repair Management System (RMS) is the result of an analysis and a review of different applications used in the past by the different Rimowa workshops worldwide: Köln, Hong Kong, Brazil, and Paris... The RMS is a universal solution with input assistance with a tunnel effect to limit input errors. The Repair Management System (RMS) is interfaced with Rimowa’s information systems: CEGID, Infolog, and SAP. This allows a 360 ° view of the stock of spare parts and replenishment of spare parts anticipation. ❖ Definition of Project Epics, MMFs and Use Cases. ❖ Writing the unified business process of the solution. ❖ Definition of priorities and project sprints. ❖ Negotiating IT estimates (Bulgaria) & Project Budget. ❖ Writing functional analysis and technical specifications. ❖ Drafting of the Technical Architecture Document. ❖ Project reporting to the PO & Business Partners. ❖ Project reporting to CTO & Rimowa Project Manager. ❖ Technical leadership for IT Team: Offshore team in Bulgaria ❖ Definition of the technical architecture of the .NET solution. ❖ .NET Solution Development standards setup. Project: Maestria 2.0 - KDP. Maestria 2.0 is a Key Digital Program (KDP) that aims to accelerate Pernod Ricard's revenue growth by developing a data-driven strategic framework to activate a broader brand portfolio and fuel other KDPs. The program allows for precise mapping of key consumer demand spaces (Consumer Demand Maps – CDM). Maestria 2.0 is a Customer Insights program. It provides clear and understandable consumer data through the implementation of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) method. As Senior Development Lead and Technical Coordinator (Spoc), my areas of intervention in this mission were:

• Support for project teams: PO, CP. Procurement.

• Assistance in drafting and validating Statements of Work (SOW).

• Drafting and validation of GD2A architecture committee materials.

• Drafting of architecture diagrams: DAG, DAT, DEX.

• Drafting and implementation of "coding guidelines".

Project: Natixis/BPCE – LEA Reversibility – Active Savings

1. Reversibility of the GAMBIT software package – Financial Robo-Advisor. Within the LEA project, Natixis and BPCE rely on Gambit (gambit

finance.com) as a "robo-advisor" for their active savings products.

The "LEA Reversibility" project involved acquiring the financial software's source code, integrating it into the Natixis/BCPE ecosystem, and its application and evolutionary maintenance (TMA) within the BPCE group's software factory. As a .NET expert and auditor, my areas of intervention in this mission were:

• Source code audit of the software package.

• Drafting of the initial audit report.

• Audit of external libraries and referenced NuGet packages.

• Audit of the technical debt of the software package's components.

• Audit of paid libraries and estimation of their financial cost.

• Identification and planning of technical debt remediation actions.

• Support for the project manager: COMOP, Progress Meetings.

• Support for the technical team: Integration of the software package into the Natixis/BPCE ecosystem (Microsoft Azure DevOps).

• Support for the technical team: Implementation of the Build chain on Microsoft Azure DevOps Server.
