Context:Development of AI demonstrators within the ALTEN Innovation Lab around computer vision, natural language-driven digital agents, and privacy by design for sensitive data reservation and validation use cases.

• Computer Vision: image annotation/labeling, dataset preparation, and YOLOv10 model benchmarking for a 5-class object detection case.

• Training and evaluation of several model iterations under Ultralytics / PyTorch, with analysis of metrics (precision, recall, mAP50, mAP50-95), confusion matrices, and external tests.

• Digital Agents: study and prototyping of Task Oriented Dialogue (TOD) architectures coupled with MCP / JSON-RPC 2.0 to drive hotel/restaurant/payment reservation agents in natural language.

• Comparative analysis of open-source solutions (Rasa, ConvLab-3, Tock, OpenClaw...) and definition of demonstration scenarios including information gathering, confirmations, error handling, and traceability.

• Privacy by Design: design of demonstrators with data minimization, sensitive information masking, and externalization of certain validations to transmit only the strictly necessary attributes.

• Production of Google Colab notebooks, technical reports, and comparison materials for internal and partner demonstrations.

• Achievement, on the best YOLOv10 benchmark, of an [email protected] of 0.991 and an [email protected]:0.95 of 0.922 on external test.

Context:Participation in New Nuclear projects, contributing to the standardization and performance improvement for EDVANCE.

Responsibilities:Development of the HTC-Builder tool to compile, structure, and organize thermohydraulic data from various sources, while automating manual processes through RPA solutions to optimize data processing:

• Creation of a tool for automated alignment and processing of thermohydraulic data in Excel sheets, integrating Python scripts for automatic report generation.

• Use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate the collection, structuring, and verification of thermohydraulic data from Excel files, thereby reducing manual effort and minimizing errors.

• Development of graphical interfaces with Tkinter to facilitate tool usage and end-user interaction.

• Management of code versioning and collaboration with the team via Git, ensuring optimal tracking of changes and development continuity.

• Complete code documentation to ensure its maintainability and implementation of automated new data integration procedures.

• Development and deployment of various web applications, including EWB (Edvance Well Boarding), Postflex, Ko@gen, and BOQ, using JavaScript/React for the front-end and Python (Django/Flask) for the back-end with PostgreSQL.

• Deployment of the Postflex, Ko@gen, and BOQ web applications into production and their deployment on various virtual environments.

• Preparation of documents and various deliverables requested by clients.

Version Control and Continuous Integration with Git

The development of "AI4HR Recruiter", a web application for facilitating recruitment at ALTEN, particularly for project managers and innovation managers, is structured around several strategic and technical axes. The main objective is to implement a job recommendation system that optimizes the recruitment process by efficiently identifying available consultants who best match specific project needs:

MongoDB Database Installation and Management:

• Use of Python to script interactions with the database, thereby optimizing queries and data manipulation.

Backend Development in Python:

• Design and implementation of the backend architecture with Python, using the Flask framework to facilitate the creation of RESTful APIs.

• Integration of Node.js.

User Interface Development:

• Creation of dynamic user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring a fluid and responsive user experience.

Use of Azure for Deployment and Maintenance:

• Deployment of the application on the Azure cloud platform, leveraging its services to manage the infrastructure, scalability, and availability of the application.

• Configuration and use of Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), thus facilitating regular software updates.

Version Control and Continuous Integration with Git and Azure Pipeline:

• Implementation of a version control system with Git, enabling efficient collaboration among development team members.
