Responsibilities

• AD Modernization : I led the design and implementation of a new AD structure and delegation model to enhance IT security. This model introduced granular permission control, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and ensuring the security of sensitive data.
• Security Improvement : In collaboration with Identity teams, we integrated monitoring tools to improve AD security scores and proactively address vulnerabilities through enhanced tracking and auditing.
• Standards Compliance : I ensured that the AD modernization complied with the Microsoft tiering model. Access to sensitive information was restricted, allowing only authorized users, thereby reducing risks.
• Operational Efficiency : The principle of least privilege was applied during the design, ensuring administrators had only the strictly necessary permissions. We created Service Requests to automate the processing of service requests.
• Stakeholder Management : I liaised between global teams (Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Business Units) and management, ensuring full stakeholder engagement. I provided regular reports, risk assessments, and progress updates.
• Continuous Improvement : I led continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing the delegation model and processes to ensure the AD environment remains secure and compliant with requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Request Qualification : analysis of impacts in terms of costs, workload, and deadlines for the Technologies & Operations department.
• IT Project Coordination: management from general design to transition to operations teams.
• Resource and Budget Management : resource planning to meet deadlines, scope, and allocated budgets.
• Solution Design : collaboration with product owners, architects, and technical experts to develop solutions.
• Supplier Management : management of selection processes (RFI/RFP), proposal analysis, and negotiations.
• Project Stage Supervision : monitoring of key phases (design, development, equipment supply, testing, transition to operations).
• Facilitation of Monitoring Meetings : organization of project committees (steering committees, progress meetings).
• Objective Tracking : control of deliverables according to cost, quality, scope, and deadline criteria.
• Commissioning : coordination of user acceptance testing, training, preparation for maintenance, and ensuring quality of deployment.
• Communication : regular reporting to stakeholders and management of project-related communication.
• Process Optimization : definition of objectives, KPIs, and missions for operational processes, adapted to strategic needs.
• Knowledge Transfer : organization of knowledge transfer from project teams to operational teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support the definition of the overall program scope and its operational implementation
• Establishment and facilitation of governance bodies
• Ensure consistency between the Group's strategy and business priorities, in collaboration with CTOs

• Orchestrate all program projects and ensure their alignment in terms of objectives, planning, and dependencies
• Monitor Build and Run costs to secure the financial trajectory and execution capacity
• Coordinate with other Group programs to ensure overall consistency

• Consolidate, analyze, and interpret key data to inform decisions of the CIO, Group IT, and business CTOs
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure communication
• Produce regular reports providing a clear view of progress, risks, and priorities

• Develop the security audit plan and coordinate its implementation
