Subject 1: Variances on industrial purchase orders

- Ensure consistency between the purchase variance reporting "Suivi achats réalisés SRA.xlsx" and accounting data monthly

- Make the purchase variance reporting "Suivi achats prévisionnels SRA.xlsx" reliable and work with the Purchasing and Supply Chain departments to challenge/correct forecast variances based on their nature (Orders with foreign currency, Type S orders for non-30 items, Non-Type S orders for F30 items, FG Group different between order and item, Pb1 different from order price, Pb1 from Oracle PMP)

- Propose control points (e.g., Angles tools) to ensure reliable forecast purchase variances

Subject 2: VEX Projections:

- Implement a monthly projection for 2026

- Ensure reliability of input data (Actual and forecast outgoing deliveries, validation of GMR flexible radar RFFs, validation of actual and forecast stock transfers between industry and financed projects, extension of APRU scope considered…)

- Automate and sustain the Vex projection model

- Improve Forecast Accuracy (Actual M vs Prev M made in M-1): move from 90% to 98% (90% rate calculated from the absolute value error level of the Vex projection model observed at the end of June 2025)

Lot 1: Cash Management for CFM Programs (Flows and Balance Sheet)

• Elaboration of forecasts (short-term of 3 months, medium-term of 1 year, long-term of 5 years and more)

• Monitoring and analysis of execution (forecast variances, risk analysis, various analyses)

• Interface with CFM Inc.

Lot 2: Management Control for the CFM56 Program:

• Monitoring and analysis of the income statement execution for the program

• Construction of income statement forecasts

Lot 3: Management Control for Subsidiaries (CFM Inc, CFM SA)

• Monitoring of subsidiary activities (execution, forecasts, …)

• Monthly closings, ensure the reliability of Carrefour France accounts

• Rolling Forecast process and animation, and budget process

• Animate, within the framework of all forecast management cycles, the relationship with operational staff within formats or transversal departments

• Prepare monthly performance analyses from dashboards and other analysis tools

• Provide management with recurring and alert performance indicators

• Produce, upon request, any additional analysis for the management control director and management

• Highlight underperforming processes that have negative repercussions on the business.

• Analyze and synthesize activity concerning French commercial margin

• Analyze results and trends to inform decisions and ensure their follow-up

• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information that could destabilize the company
