During my BTS Communication, I decided to create my own company with a friend to apply what we were learning in class.

So we embarked on this entrepreneurial adventure through the company Be Bip.

We sell solutions specialized in service and queue management. Be Bip offers queue management systems (table pagers, call buttons, receiving watches, screens, call bases...) that can be used in many areas such as traditional restaurants, fast food, logistics warehouses, hotels, bowling alleys, as well as nightclubs, casinos, gyms, supermarkets, private beaches, bars, etc. Our products aim to streamline and facilitate the flow of people or trucks, increase customer throughput per hour, and thus, develop revenue.

My main responsibilities are as follows:

- Responsible for communication (email campaigns, trade show organization, sales material creation, marketing strategy, social media, etc.)

- Sales (prospecting, sales approach, sales strategy, etc.)

- Customer relations and after-sales service

- Creation of the website with WordPress to accelerate customer acquisition

- Development of SEO to be among the first Google searches

- Development of the SEO strategy (keyword research, semantic cocoon, strategy monitoring, etc.) to increase website traffic and generate leads

- WordPress SEO actions to rank first for keywords

As part of its missions, I carried out the following tasks:

- Record and track customer orders in coordination with various departments

- Provide information on our products and services (brochures, prices, purchase/delivery, deployment processes...)

- Prepare quotes for our products and services

- Update data in the CRM (customers, partners, prospects...)

- Consolidate commercial reports and update dashboards

- Monitor Marketing operations or Sales Challenges

- Organize and participate in lead generation Marketing operations

- Manage the sales department (team building, etc.)

- Manage social media with a community manager role (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
