As an external consultant, I supported a niche perfume house for two days to assist in the coordination of their digital operations.

In close collaboration with the Head of E-commerce, we conducted a diagnosis of the ecosystem to jointly build a roadmap towards 2026. My role was to formulate recommendations to streamline internal processes, optimize collaborative tools, and structure project monitoring (e-commerce and editorial calendar). A mission focused on organization and transforming ambitious objectives into operational levers.

As an expert in Key Account Management (KAM) and strategic alliances, I adopt a Consultant approach to build lasting relationships based on added value and the achievement of ambitious goals.

International Project Management: I orchestrated the market entry into Italy (from scratch) and established strategic implementation frameworks; I built institutional relationships with the Chamber of Commerce and successfully acquired the first professional clients in the market.

Strategic Alliances and Partner Service Delivery: I managed and coordinated high-impact partnerships in the media, technology, and human resources sectors; I negotiated framework agreements and orchestrated the deployment of partner solutions to maximize ecosystem value.

Crisis Management and HR Budget Consulting: I successfully salvaged a high-risk relationship with the Italian subsidiary of a major French client by de-escalating critical tensions to ensure retention. I then extended this strategic consulting and managed services model to the entire Italian portfolio, taking charge of their HR budgets and providing tailored solutions for the ecosystem.
