Responsibilities & Objectives:

• Lead the reorganization of the SI Applications team, improving overall efficiency and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

• Oversee the maintenance and performance of global applications (ERP, CRM, MDM, APS, PLM, etc.), improving stability and business alignment, with a cost reduction target of 10%.

• Lead a team of 5 direct reports and collaborate with over 30 external partners, fostering a high-performance delivery culture.

Key Achievements:

• Conducted an in-depth assessment and mapping of the group's entire SI application landscape (300+ applications), providing a comprehensive view of existing systems and integration points.

• Successfully developed a 5-year strategy for SI applications, aligned with business objectives, driving initiatives that improved operational efficiency and digital capabilities.

• Directly managed critical projects such as the Salesforce CRM enhancement program, ANAPLAN demand planning optimization, implementation of a document management system, and a major upgrade of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) with migration to Oracle Cloud.

• Supervised the maintenance of 37 applications in Thailand, led the redesign of data interfaces with improved system performance.

• Strengthened the team through relevant recruitment and the integration of three new resources, ensuring accelerated project delivery timelines.

Key Achievements:

• Standardized project activities and deliverables through a comprehensive SI project management methodology, improving responsiveness to business needs, from initiatives and bids to final delivery.

• Implemented a robust project management framework based on the JIRA platform, facilitating project tracking, collaboration between IT and business teams, and progress visibility through reports.

• Managed the group's SI applications project portfolio, including bids, strategic initiatives, and Cloud migration efforts.

• Served as IT Infrastructure Project Manager, overseeing operations of the main Data Center in Singapore for two years and leading the overall Cloud migration strategy.

• Led the bid, selection, and deployment of ANAPLAN for group-wide sales forecasting and demand planning, standardizing processes across three market segments, with robust integration to the BI platform (Microsoft Azure Data Factory) and ERPs (QAD and SAP).

• Implemented a group-wide CRM solution on Salesforce, enhancing inter-departmental collaboration; with regular data import from the BI platform for business insights, and interface with ANAPLAN for synchronized planning.

• Developed and deployed a Group Master Data Management (MDM) system – including Organization, Customer, Supplier, Product, and Financial master data – facilitating data aggregation and integration with ERPs, BI, ANAPLAN, Salesforce, and anticipating future application deployments.

Key Achievements:

• Deployed SAP Concur for automated expense management in France, Singapore, Germany, and Thailand, with integration to QAD and SAP ERPs for seamless payment processing.

• Led the feasibility study “ONE LINXENS – ONE ERP”, resulting in a 5-year strategy to unify the group under a single ERP solution, including in-depth pilot sessions by each vendor.

• Delivered enhancements in the QAD ERP for Production and Supply Chain: automations, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), subcontracting, inter-company flows, labeling, invoicing, inventory, production orders...

• Integrated new financial entities into the QAD ERP following mergers and acquisitions, aligning BI data and financial consolidation via Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).

• Introduced the first group-wide HR Information System (HRIS), based on Salesforce, centralizing employee data, performance reviews, and compensation policies.

• Led the bid, selection, and deployment of the WORKDAY HR information system, covering Human Capital Management, Performance, Talent, and Compensation modules, with integration to OKTA (Identity Provider), SAP Concur, and payroll providers in each country.
