In my role as Lead Dev/Tech, I develop daily because it remains a passion for me to do software development. I interact a lot with the business in an agile context to welcome needs and technically instruct them in order to achieve their objectives.

I also support my team in developing skills in good practices in business application development as well as technical development. All this by following many agile rituals and principles. BDD and TDD being a strength for me, I manage to advance subjects starting from the smallest possible granularity while discussing a lot with the business. I rely on many design patterns to design an application that is easily testable, modifiable, and concise, especially in a business context.

I have the role of finding the best technical solutions with my team to run the business code which remains at the center of my application.
