My first encounter with Salesforce was 4 and a half years ago! After using a CRM as a salesperson and setting up an IT tool for quality management from scratch, the experience seemed like a great challenge!

Thanks to a strong desire to learn and patient colleagues, I was able to begin my intensive Salesforce training. My first Salesforce project is the most exciting: deploying a Sales Cloud solution in several subsidiaries of the group, which has over 2500 users. Performing a GAP Analysis between the CRM and our solution, setting up a sandbox with configuration, data migration, coordinating teams for integrations with other tools (SAP, Cornerstone): these were my tasks. This experience ended beautifully with the implementation of an Experience Cloud portal and an Einstein Analytics dashboard for local administrators.

Still driven by the desire to learn, I decided to join Capgemini and a project to set up a Service Cloud solution from scratch (with Email-to-case, CTI integration, creation of a form and a knowledge base) for a OUIGO call center. As a PPO, I am in charge of the backlog and sprint planning. Another experience full of learning!

Finally, my current project as a Salesforce Manager has allowed me to completely redesign the lead and opportunity management process, create flows for all automation, and automatically generate documents such as purchase orders.

These experiences, crowned today with 3 certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant), will enable me to successfully carry out any implementation project (from scratch or deployment of an existing solution) or improvement of a Salesforce organization as a Freelance Salesforce Consultant!
