Involved in ERP-SAP consulting unit under Finance (FI) module which provide support to users specifically on financial processing issue in SAP system.

2nd level support in ASEAN Organization Entity for Allianz (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia, Taiwan, Sri Lanka) for SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) business processes using SAP ECC6.0

Train Finance and Controlling users for Malaysia.

Perform non-configurable Master Data maintenance (SAP ECC6.0). Vendor master, Customer master, GL account creation, Profit and Cost Center, SKF, Roles Assignment, Internal Order.

Collaborate with key stakeholders (Finance Managers, Accountants/Analysts, SAP Help Desk) to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues and challenges.

Perform unit and integration test, as well as coordinate user acceptance test to resolve issues.

Prepare test scripts after testing the configured scenarios.

Support solution design, configuration and customisation of in-house system and tools to meet business requirements.

Support business process team and business stakeholders to validate business requirements.

Document solution design including the configuration rationale documentation.

Participate in system and tools testing - including unit test, assembly test and system test.

Complete all appropriate documentation required by the testers, deployment team and application support team.

Providing services to a client in the Real Estate business to help them migrate business data from a legacy system to SAP. Key to ensure the client's business data consistency.

This role include liaising with the business side via Data Stewards, working with related business units i.e. Real Estate, Purchasing, Finance and reviewing post migration validation reports.

Create master data for vendors & materials in SAP system, through effective use of templates &tools, following clear processes & meeting the SLAs.

Monitor data quality on a regular basis through data profiling & quality analysis, and take corrective actions to cleanse the database.

Support the business transformation to strengthen our capabilities to leverage master data as our enterprise assets

Ensure proper Data Governance.

Significantly improve maturity of processes related to enterprise data management

Proactively work with different stakeholders and cross functional teams, follow-up, collect "raw" data, transform & enrich the databases in SAP system.

Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, compliance and standards which includes methodology, change control, compliance requirements, platform security, change management and audit processes.

Participate in assigned projects that relates to Enterprise Data Management scope.

• A nationwide accrual accounting SAP government project under Malaysia -Administer and support the SAP security and authorization for the existing SAP environment.

• Create user ids and maintain authorization profiles in CUA and SAP portal in massive numbers (80 000 users) -Configure and maintain Central User Administration (CUA) landscape. -Maintain single, composite, and derived roles using PFCG – Role Maintenance

-Tcode etc -Hypercare -Provide support for users in term day-to-day access requests, incidents and work orders in an effective and efficient manner. -Enhance the documentation of manual training for knowledge transfer using Epiplex. -Participate in Training Session with the user to ensure good understanding with the system
