I collaborated on the definition and development of a new digital product within the platform, working closely with the Project Manager on task analysis, refinement, and prioritization, ensuring alignment between business and technical objectives.

I defined and implemented the application's architecture, guaranteeing its scalability, maintainability, and robustness. Additionally, I participated in the interface design with the UX/UI Manager, contributing to integrating the user experience with the product's technical and functional vision.

I played a mentoring and technical reference role within the team, supporting junior profiles and promoting good development practices, code reviews, and an agile work approach.

Furthermore, I directly participated in the development of key new features, combining my technical leadership responsibilities with active contribution as a developer.

I participated from the initial phase in defining the investment portal, collaborating directly with stakeholders, the CTO, and the CPO in the analysis and conception of the product. I designed and implemented the architectural solution, which included the development of three interconnected portals and the creation of a custom design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

I was responsible for building the Frontend team from scratch, managing the entire selection process: profile definition, interviews, technical evaluations, and hiring closure. I established the area's working methodology, defining development practices, code standards, and testing strategies.

I also designed and implemented the team's onboarding process, acting as a mentor for junior profiles and ensuring their integration and professional growth. I collaborated closely with the design department in defining the user experience and interface (UX/UI) of the products under development.

Despite my leadership and management responsibilities, I also maintained active participation as an individual contributor, directly contributing to the development of key features.

I reported directly to the CTO, participating in conducting interviews and technical tests for incorporating new talent into the development area.
