• • Manage the progress of consolidated lists of problems for braking module variants across different projects.

• • Ensure necessary coordination within my group (Industrialization, purchasing, logistics staff, SPP, SQF, validation, supplier, Nissan Alliance) by identifying problems and bottlenecks, analyzing results, and proposing solutions to converge technical definitions for QCDP convergence.

• • Document modification requests for parts for COMODIF (Change Orders).

• • Initiate and manage the supplier ANPQP (Advanced للنational Product Quality Program) process in case of part modifications.

• • Technically supervise the team.

• • Operationally manage the team.

• • Intervene on complex issues.

• • Train new team members on various scopes.

• • Report to the Team Leader (workload, training needs…)

• • Manage customer interface from a technical perspective.

• • Evaluate, in collaboration with the design office, testing department, and suppliers, the validations required during the development phase.

• • Provide the necessary signals for equipment pre-sizing.

• • Define the requirements for future development tests (vehicle reservations for signal acquisition, parts kits, test fixtures).

• • Write and distribute validation plans for new equipment to suppliers (Specifications, Test Procedures, signals).

• • Monitor tests performed at suppliers (Plastic Omnium, TI Automotive, Röchling):

◦ - Ensure compliance with specifications and procedures

◦ - Discuss critical issues encountered, propose and implement corrective actions.

• • Monitor vibration simulation calculations at suppliers (Meshing, boundary conditions, natural frequencies, displacement, stress).

• • Implement complementary tests on internal test benches - Ensure the delivery and reception of equipment to be tested and test fixtures. - Participate in test bench scheduling meetings to reserve test slots.

• • Manage the subcontracting of certain internal tests to external laboratories.

• • Write and distribute technical validation reports at the end of tests.
