1- AXA Group Operations France – QoS Quality of Service: Data solutions for monitoring the quality of IT products and services of AXA Group Operations. Monitoring Major Incidents, Availability, Changes, Requests, Problems (data primarily from ServiceNow) for IT solutions and services from all AXA entities worldwide, such as Cloud services, internal applications, IT services, or Data solutions. Resolution of critical data incidents related to the QoS Dashboard platform within 48 hours (diagnosis, fix, communication to stakeholders, and implementation of preventive measures).

Project 2: Implementation of a data solution and data loading pipelines with Databricks, an Analysis Service cube, and Power BI for Cyberdefense teams using data from cyberdefense applications like malops, etc.

Project 3: Implementation of a Data solution for AXA XL to monitor incidents and changes for the AXA XL part (similar to AXA GO).

Project 4: Implementation of a solution to integrate Priority 3 incidents with urgency 2 (P3U2) for CFP (Corporate Functional Products), an IT product family, to sort incidents according to a second level of filtering.

Data retrieval from ServiceNow, Jira, and other platforms for creating Power BI reports dedicated to monitoring the evolution of IT KPIs (Number of incidents, Tickets and number of workdays, budget and invoice tracking, etc.).
