Contributing to cross-functional projects: workflow improvement, participation in the transformation of the collection IT system, UAT testing, and business feedback.

Regular communication with external service providers (collection agencies, bailiffs) and monitoring their contractual performance.

Participating in operational and financial committees to present results, risks, and recommendations.

Supervising a team of 8 employees, managing payments, reconciling payments, and processing disputes. Optimizing collection processes and handling customer calls to support the team.
