1-Support for the migration of the SAP ATHENA solution to SAP S/4HANA:

- Scoping and analysis phase:

- Analyze current maintenance processes in SAP ATHENA.

- Identify gaps between SAP PM on ATHENA and SAP PM on S/4HANA.

- Map used objects and transactions (Maintenance Orders, Notifications, Maintenance Plans, Equipment, etc.).

- Verify the use of specific solutions (Z-Reports, customizations) and their compatibility with S/4HANA.

- Choose the migration method (Brownfield, Greenfield, or Hybrid).

- Identify critical data to migrate (Equipment, Maintenance Plans, Maintenance History, etc.).

- Verify the impact of SAP PM evolutions on S/4HANA (e.g., integration with Fiori, new data models).

- Data preparation and conversion phase:

- Identify obsolete or redundant data in the current system.

- Clean and harmonize data before migration (correct entry errors, remove duplicates, update repositories).

1-Management of the transfer of an investment project (a bio-butadiene chemical production unit) from the project engineering department to the technical department, maintenance service:

- Quantitative and qualitative verification of documentation provided by the project engineering department:

- Verification of P&IDs, electrical diagrams, mechanical plans, functional specifications, maintenance manuals, quotes, etc., between the project specifications and the provided documents, and between the provided documentation and the site.

- Preparation of criticality studies and FMECA for the investment project.

- Preparation of data and documentation for the maintenance department for import into IBM Maximo CMMS:

- Preparation of the location and equipment hierarchy.
