✱ Manager – Global AI & Change Transformation (Natixis)

Managed the change management strategy framework for an international AI transformation (over 700 employees) by defining the vision, impacts, and adoption model, in coordination with business units, functions, and planned business use cases. Structured the system (governance, communication, training, KPIs). Results: strategic alignment between sponsor/teams, impact mapping, structured roadmap and timeline, establishment of an ambassador network ("AI champions") to accelerate adoption.

✱ Transformation & Change Management Manager – National Program (SNCF)

Managed the change strategy for a national program impacting over 1,000 users across France, related to the deployment of an APS tool. Coordinated a cross-functional system involving about fifteen people (project team, consultants, business experts) and regional representatives, assessed impacts, and structured the adoption model (training, communication, KPIs, governance). Supported decision-making by the program management and executive committee. Results: contributed to a secure deployment, reduced social risks, improved buy-in and operational performance, and targeted project reorientation in certain areas.

Participated in the governance of an independent authority: contributed to strategic and regulatory decisions in the fight against doping, analyzed complex cases (legal, ethical, scientific), and made collegial decisions. Contributed to defining orientations and priorities for sports integrity, and to the Agency's strategic discussions and projects, particularly in terms of training and prevention. Results: contributed to national and international impact decisions, strengthened the integrity and credibility of the anti-doping system, and enhanced prevention and awareness actions for athletes and federations.

✱ Manager / Agile Coach – Scrum Team Transformation

Provided strategic support to 3 teams (about fifteen people) in their maturity development in agility: diagnosis, structuring of operating methods, and manager support. Contributed to the evolution of operating methods and decision-making. Results: improved collective efficiency, smoother interactions, enhanced autonomy, and embedded a continuous improvement dynamic.

✱ Consultant – Organizational Audit & Digital Transformation (French Athletics Federation)

Conducted an organizational diagnosis of a federation (over 300,000 members): analyzed governance, decision-making processes, and tools. Facilitated workshops and produced structuring recommendations. Results: alignment of departments, identification of transformation priorities, structured digital roadmap.
