Project for an industrial electrotechnical group, publisher of a proprietary MES for the industry. Two parallel tracks.

Natural language Finance and Management Control Assistant, built on Snowflake (Cortex). It answers questions about figures and opens a verification request rather than guessing. Done-For-You model then skills transfer: I build the first assistant, internal teams take over the subsequent ones while I frame and train. Next steps: anomaly detection on business steering (dbt) with alerts, and automated account review by Cortex agents.

AI consulting for operational General Management on the use of AI in processes: automation, MCP-based code, cost reduction for addressing smaller clients.

Assumed Lean principle: tools are only connected when their use is proven, not before.

Short mission for an LBO-published ERP provider. Stakeholders: CFO and COO in COMEX. Objective: build a customer data monetization model and defend the data moat against competing AI players. Deliverables: tiered data sharing architecture (basic, enriched, premium access) on Snowflake (CKE), strategic argument for the LBO board, analysis of disintermediation risks by LLMs. Senior consulting posture, no technical execution.

Design and deployment of a zero-acquisition platform for a solar energy player (residential sector). Mission led as head of the management team, in direct contact with General Management.

Implementation of all prospect acquisition and nurturing flows, with the integration of agentic layers (Claude agents) to automate lead qualification, incoming exchanges, and follow-ups. Conversion-oriented architecture: capture, scoring, AI-augmented nurturing sequences.
