Pre-sales engineer in an IT environment, I act as the interface between client needs and technical solutions.

My daily tasks: analyzing needs, designing tailor-made infrastructure and IT system architectures, writing technical specifications, and defending proposals in support of sales teams.

I work within a complex ecosystem of solutions covering all layers of the IT system: networks, cloud and on-premise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI integration. This diversity has given me a dual perspective, technical and business, on IT projects: I know how to ask the right questions, compare solutions without bias, and maintain an end-to-end vision, from project identification to handover to the development teams. Technological and competitive intelligence are an integral part of my work.

I bring large enterprise expertise to companies that don't have an IT department — but need one just as much.

My observation after years working with IT decision-makers: SMEs with 10 to 100 employees face the same challenges as large companies (cybersecurity, cloud, NIS2/GDPR compliance, and now AI) without having the same resources.

Result: random technical choices, service providers not communicating, and AI projects launched without methodology or measurable ROI.
