In the governance of domain names, I worked on cross-functional management to set up the new «Top Level Domain» .bnpparibas in collaboration with the technical, legal and business departments of BNP Paribas.

I worked on the digital strategy and evangelized the various internal services, in particular with marketing and communication.

I was also in charge of brand protection against the new «TLDs» established on the internet by ICANN. I also worked on managing technical service providers (Registry, Registrar...)

On behalf of the CDO, I was responsible for carrying out a study for the implementation of a corporate electronic signature solution (at European level). To do this, I carried out a listening tour of the maturity and needs of the main European countries. Taking into account user journeys and target signature processes, confronted with the cultures, regulations and specificities of each country, allowed me to define a selection grid which made it possible to select the best partner.

I carried out a European audit of the needs of BPLS's economic partners in order to guide management on the transformation roadmap around the user (personas, prioritization of needs, audit of projects, etc.) and data exchanges.

This program was named Partner Experience and is still a reference for Leasing Solutions' digital roadmap.
