Implementation of governance with Fireblocks (Transaction Authorization Policies and Role-Based Access Control for smart contracts) to secure all transactions. Deployment of strict validation and signature workflows, with co-signer API integration to automate non-critical operations.

Supervision of the design, development, and testing of ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155 smart contracts, integrating an on-chain vesting mechanism, Soulbound NFTs, as well as the management of "allow/deny lists", and timelocks introducing a delay between the planning and execution of critical functions to ensure transparency and security.

Design of an issuance model integrating compliance by design features, such as asset freezing, inspired by CBDC-type standards.

Design of a platform integrating a complete compliance process (KYC/KYB, continuous AML-CTF, KYT via Chainalysis) before any investment authorization.

Coordination with law firms to define compliance policies and support regulatory license application processes.

Deployment of a wallet solution adapted for investors unfamiliar with crypto, to facilitate adoption and secure digital asset holdings.

Development and delivery of ERC1155 smart contracts enabling the fractionalization of regulated assets (stallion shares).

As a freelancer attached to the Human Resources department, Product Manager for Skill Pulse, a skills management software based on artificial intelligence algorithms.

• Management of an R&D team of 6 people (Machine Learning researchers, Natural Language Processing expert, Data Scientists, social engineering project managers...);

• Design and management of the software development in SAAS mode (team of 4 people: UX designer, back-end and front-end developer, scrum master);

• Supervision of the partnership with Adecco for the development of end-user interfaces;

• Financial monitoring;

• Leading the project steering committee with the Human Resources department;

• Implementation of a system generating coherent and innovative solutions throughout the project;
