Managed the transformation of the B2B sales activity in the Middle East and Africa region:

For the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, I led the restructuring of indirect sales, driving growth by establishing a strong ecosystem. My key achievements include:

● Defining the region's indirect B2B sales strategy, including the solution portfolio, go-to-market approach, pricing models, contractual framework, and marketing,

● Developing strategic plans for new business opportunities with affiliates and partners,

● Regular communication on indirect business activities to the region's top management,

● Implementing a tool for analyzing and evaluating new partners based on various criteria (business, legal, strategic, operational).
