Product Owner within a SAFe train working on SnapBI, Enedis' national solution for managing reception and breakdown assistance activities. Responsible for gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, and managing platform evolution. Contribution to the migration to Power BI Service to improve performance, accessibility, and user experience. Coordination between business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders in a multi-team environment.

Managed the implementation of an international platform for real-time exchange of product and price data between the Carrefour Group, six European countries, and several purchasing centers. Responsible for defining data flows, functional alignment, and supporting various countries in adopting the new communication model based on Kafka and Pub/Sub. International coordination in English, leading business workshops, and ensuring secure exchanges in compliance with GS1 standards.
