Launch of upgrade EBs, creation, dismantling, deletion, insertion, migrations, SWAP, and optimization of the IP/WDM network. Conduct migration studies of obsolete WDM solutions based on COMPLETEL, ADVA, CIENA, and NORTEL technologies to NG WDM. Define the evolution roadmap for the group's fixed access and data networks in line with the company's strategy. Ensure a very high level of quality for deployed solutions and architectures. Design high-performance, operable technical IP/WDM solutions. Collaboration with GRC teams to ensure compliance of deployed solutions with current regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, LPM, NIS2). Participation in the identification and analysis of risks related to network infrastructures (availability, integrity, and confidentiality). Drafting compliance documents and recommendations to align technical configurations with company security requirements.

Deployment of the 9Office IMS offer. Define costs and intervention/delivery times with the client. Coordinate between clients and sites to define intervention dates.

Production of complete WDM study engineering files for projects (PTC, FTTH, B2B, DSL...). Verification of existing resources and capacities and initiation of studies on the possibility of reusing deployed fibers or proceeding with the deployment of new equipment. Define routing, estimate cost and completion time for the end-to-end creation of a WDM optical link. Drafting of the deliverable.
