Development of a platform for analysis and monitoring of Renault vehicle incidents, used by quality/engineering teams to detect recurring anomalies, accelerate investigations, and improve model reliability.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of graphs and statistics to group and analyze incidents (by type, vehicle model, engine type, factory, etc.).

Addition of a filtering system for alerts to facilitate investigation by incident analysts.

Development of an integrated collaborative space (comments, technical exchanges) to optimize communication between incident analysts.

Creation of a detailed incident page consolidating all key information: vehicle characteristics, problem nature, origin, parts concerned, status, action history.

Development of an advanced search module to identify a vehicle by its ID and retrieve the complete history of associated incidents.

Implementation of the incident tagging module to facilitate automatic classification and pattern analysis.

Optimization of status management to improve visibility on processing progress (incident workflow).

Implementation of documentation via Swagger and reinforcement of code quality through unit & integration tests.

Development of a middleware (Pangolin) for managing application and functional tests. This middleware receives results from tests executed by continuous integration systems, including Jenkins, Teamcity, and Atlassian Bamboo, and sends them to the TestRail platform.

The results provide team members with project visibility.

This middleware also creates Jira bugs in case of failed tests.
