Management of general and management accounting: entry and verification of accounting documents, reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts, bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, account analysis, verification of entries, and preparation of elements necessary for accounting closings.

Support with tax and administrative obligations: preparation and monitoring of tax declarations (VAT, various taxes), verification of information provided, support with annual accounts filing and compliance with regulatory deadlines.

Participation in budget preparation: construction of provisional budgets, monitoring of actual performance, analysis of variances between budget and actual, implementation of financial indicators, and support for the manager in steering their business.

Implementation and optimization of internal procedures: analysis of existing processes, formalization of accounting and administrative procedures, securing financial flows, and recommendations for improving operational efficiency.

Support for company creation and liquidation: assistance with accounting and administrative procedures related to the creation or cessation of business activities for structures (SARL, EURL, SASU, EI...), preparation of necessary documents and monitoring of associated obligations.

Support for invoicing issues: analysis and optimization of the invoicing process, verification of invoice compliance, monitoring of customer receivables, management of overdue payments, and improvement of the collection cycle to optimize cash flow.

Manage and supervise financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines. Conduct in-depth financial assessments and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Enhance and evaluate internal controls and risk management mechanisms. Compile comprehensive audit summaries and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Offer guidance, coaching, and instruction to junior auditors.

Supervise a small audit team of motivated interns and junior auditors. Support the preparation of audit planning documentation. Work under the coordination of the manager and produce reliable deliverables ready for manager/partner review. Ensure timely execution of assigned engagements and continuous communication with the client, manager, and audit team. Establish a close working relationship with the client, meet engagement expectations, and assess needs. Evaluate the professional performance of audit team members.
