Management of the Canadian Accreditation process across 2 sites. Coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Work with pilot teams to implement action plans and collect evidence. Evaluation and improvement of the quality and safety of care. Development of the communication plan and training plan.

Management of the HAS certification process across 3 establishments (+80 services, +1000 beds). Creation of educational tools for practice improvement (gamification) for healthcare professionals. Deployment of an online collaborative action board. Identification, selection, and training of 200 Ambassadors. Facilitation of governance bodies (kick-off, monthly follow-up meeting, plenary assembly, service meeting).
