I am not a theorist – I arrive when things are on fire. As an interim manager, consultant, and coach, I have led medium-sized companies through massive changes in recent years – from restructurings and sales realignments to the introduction of S/4HANA.

My focus areas:

Crisis and Turnaround Management: I stabilize, structure, and deliver results – even under pressure.

Sales & Scaling: I build sales teams, develop scalable processes, and open new markets – digital and analog.

Logistics & Operations: I think in supply chains, optimize processes, and bring efficiency to the road.

Coaching & Leadership Development: I help entrepreneurs and managers gain clarity, take responsibility, and act with focus.

Project Experience (Selection):

Taking over the operational management of an e-commerce company with 7-figure revenue for stabilization and realignment (2023)

Building an external sales force in the DACH region for a technical product in the construction supply industry

Implementing SAP S/4HANA for a logistics service provider, including change management and team training

Liquidation and strategic damage management of an insolvent company, including creditor negotiations

What drives me:
