Axel Soudan

After several years of experience in high-end events and luxury hospitality, I now support companies, institutions, and associations in the design, organization, and coordination of tailor-made events, primarily in Paris and the Île-de-France region.

I am involved in the entire project, from finding venues (halls, boats, hotels, unique locations) to selecting and coordinating service providers (caterers, technical, entertainment, set design), through to operational management on the day.

My approach is strategic, creative, and very hands-on: I pay as much attention to logistical fluidity as to the guest experience.

I also offer complete artistic direction, with particular attention to the atmosphere, the pacing of the event, and overall coherence. As a former professional dancer and choreographer, I bring an additional artistic sensitivity, especially to key moments, speeches, and entertainment.

Depending on the needs, I can also act as a host/master of ceremonies, speak at the microphone, coordinate speakers, or support events with a strong relational dimension (seminars, client evenings, galas, institutional or charity events).

Each project is unique: I work exclusively on a tailor-made basis, with personalized support and a high standard of quality.
