Responsible for the Connect with Consumer product: bringing development back to France, improving overall quality, and deploying the solution to new markets.

To achieve this, I act as the lead PO for two squads (web and mobile) composed of POs and developers, liaising with the local POs of countries adopting the solution, and working transversally within Sodexo's asset teams (UX, payment, customer knowledge, etc.).

MANAGEMENT

• Lead of two squads (web and mobile), composed of: 1 Web PO, 1 Mobile PO, 6 full-stack developers for web, 8 native developers for mobile (4 iOS + 4 Android), 2 transversal UX designers, 3 QA (1 web + 2 mobile).

• Management of the offshore project to France transition for the app: upgrading code quality and project architecture, selecting and integrating new tools (tracking, notifications, etc.).

• Implementation of the application deployment strategy: from multi-app model to a single app.

• Preparation/Coordination of PI planning before the arrival of an RTE.

Responsible for the maintenance and evolution of Cleo: maximizing product value, optimizing user experience, and driving the entire product delivery.

Cleo is a companion app for people with Multiple Sclerosis, aiming to help them live better with their condition. It offers users a hub to manage their diagnosis and disease progression through media content and a logbook to record symptoms and share them with their medical team.
