FP&A: Directed financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the subsidiary with €10 million in revenue. Oversaw timely monthly closings to ensure operational efficiency, identified growth opportunities, and controlled risks.

P&L Responsibility: Managed all aspects of the Profit & Loss statement, including sales, COGS, personnel costs, T&E, A&P, and G&A. Conducted detailed P&L analysis to support leadership decision-making. Monitored and challenged expenditures, ensuring budget compliance and ROI.

Agile Leadership & Process Improvement: Supervised one team member. Enhanced financial reporting accuracy through cross-departmental collaboration. Led supply chain, KAM, and accounting for cohesive management. Drove change initiatives to improve financial processes, aligning strategies with corporate objectives.
