Ergonomist & Sports Coach – Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), health and sustainable performance at work

Graduated ergonomist with a Master's degree in Ergonomics and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Training (STAPS), I support companies in preventing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), combating sedentary lifestyles, and sustainably improving workplace health by combining ergonomic analysis with movement-based interventions.

With experience in Occupational Health Services and with companies in various sectors (DIOR, VEOLIA, HONDA, RATP…), I work directly on the ground, closely observing real-world activities, and aligning with human, organizational, and operational challenges.

• Workstation assessments and ergonomic analyses

• Prevention of MSDs and lower back pain

• Workstation activation and muscle warm-ups

• Warm-ups and mobility exercises adapted to actual work

• Combating sedentary lifestyles (offices, remote work, workshops)

• Active breaks and mobility routines

• Stress management through relaxation and breathing techniques

• Collective awareness sessions (postures, movement, recovery)

• Quality of Life at Work (QWL) and health prevention initiatives

Thanks to my dual perspective of ergonomics/sports training, I offer interventions that are safe, progressive, and adapted to professional constraints, accessible to all employees, without a focus on sports performance.
