● Consolidation of global data (BI reports and other data products) for all countries and domains, with a focus on consolidating redundant products.

● Comprehensive global data migration strategy to a new cloud platform, analyzing existing international best cloud practices.

● Design and implementation of a new, single Data Landing Zone on Microsoft Azure tailored to group needs.

● Definition of new best practices (team, methodology, etc.) for managing the Landing Zone and long-term data governance anticipation.

● Creation and management of an initial dedicated Squad (referent squad) for data product workload migration (Lift & Shift, rewrite).

● Definition of Data strategy and governance for a pilot luxury brand within the group on GCP.

● Management of Data teams (Data Engineers, Business Intelligence, Data Governance).

● Creation of autonomous Squads integrated into various business units, and establishment of a core team for managing Big Query and incoming data flows for this first house.

● Decision to make the teams of this first house autonomous with their own data management environment on GCP to address the weaknesses of the original data core model. Intensive use of Big Query in CI/CD integration and use of Infrastructure as Code best practices.

● Implementation of Automatic Testing to ensure data reliability and trustworthiness, and to produce Data Products.

● Implementation of a Machine Learning product (AI/ML) to assist buyers in better defining their needs based on past product photos.

- Transition Manager - Head of Global Infrastructures, Public Cloud (AWS), Private Cloud, Data Platform (Snowflake, SQL, Oracle etc...) and global Network.

- Management of Point Of Sales, WIFI etc...

- Management of projects for extracting data from AS400 to business solutions.

- Participation in the 5-year IT Roadmap.
