The project required creating an efficient interface between these two platforms, with a particular focus on compatibility and scalability.The development relied on the Laravel framework for setting up the tool, which facilitated integration due to its flexibility and robustness. One of the major challenges was ensuring compatibility with phpIP, an Open-Source software that is regularly updated. To overcome this, I opted to create a dedicated package, thus ensuring seamless integration without affecting future phpIP updates.The data synchronization between TeamLeader and phpIP was made possible through the intelligent use of webhooks, despite strict limitations on the number of allowed requests (Rate-Limiting) by the service. I carefully designed my solution to respect these limits and avoid any risk of blocking, ensuring optimal performance and flawless reliability of the synchronization tool.
