Project management carried out autonomously (Specifications, priority management, development, communication, deployment).The first application lists all available agents at the station for the day and automatically generates a schedule for each agent based on their hours and train arrivals. This schedule can be downloaded, printed, and given to the agent. Once the day begins, supervisors have a dedicated page to monitor real-time passenger handling by the agents listed by the application and can track progress using buttons.The second application generates statistics on train delays at the same station. All steps of cleaning, setup when the train is at the station are recorded in the application. When a train is delayed, my application automatically detects the cause of the delay using a complex algorithm that analyzes all durations from the train's arrival to its next departure.
