Managed and executed a production MongoDB migration from OVH Discovery (unstable shared offer) to a dedicated OVH Public Cloud b3-8 VM (Debian 13, MongoDB 8.0, TLS, auth). Implemented the complete runbook (preparation, provisioning, import/export, Scalingo application switch, rollback), infrastructure security (hardened SSH, UFW allowlist, fail2ban), encrypted nightly backups to Object Storage (S3 + GPG), VM monitoring with email alerts (CPU/RAM/Disk/service), logrotate, and end-to-end validation post-switch with 48-hour surveillance.

• Deployment and production launch of a full-stack web application in a cloud environment

• Design and configuration of infrastructure (OVH, Scalingo, MongoDB)

• Management of DNS and subdomains (A, CNAME) for service routing (frontend / API)

• Setup and configuration of HTTPS (Let’s Encrypt) on custom domains

• Integration and exposure of an API via a dedicated subdomain

• Resolution of network issues (CORS, SSL, routing, IPv4/IPv6)

• Configuration and validation of real-time flows with Socket.IO in a production environment

• Management of environment variables and securing access (credentials, secrets)

• Diagnosis and resolution of production incidents (timeouts, network errors, database connectivity)

• Preparation of the infrastructure for opening to real users (stability, security, observability)

Project for INS (National Health Insurance) identifier certification for the company, which went through the following stages:

Integrate the INSi teleservice (XML/SOAP)

Implement INS in your software (UX/UI, rules & security)

Distribute INS (Distributions on JASPERdoc documents and to the various necessary components while respecting the health information systems interoperability framework.

Assistance to the support team (customer ticket corrections) - over 80 corrected of various types, ranging from simple bugs involving simple graphical adjustments to more complex problems.
