Overall, I can say that my role is to do everything possible to ensure that the entire import process runs smoothly within the best deadlines and costs, thus ensuring customer service and contributing to our product margins. Advisory and consulting role for new prospective files or ongoing files that the company wishes to develop.

- Preparation of export return file and recovery of drawbacks.

Overall, I can say that my role was to create the export pricing for the collection for the following markets: USA, Canada, Maghreb, Lebanon...). Inventory management, placing customer orders while informing them of manufacturing lead times. I was responsible for preparing the export and import customs declaration (recovering duties and taxes for returns). Guaranteeing customer service and customer loyalty. I maintained commercial tracking tables for each of our clients.

Overall, I can say my role was to create a transport plan in line with client needs. I handled the supply chain from their non-European suppliers or from their warehouses in France and/or Europe, while managing their import and/or export customs. Negotiating rates by leveraging a vast worldwide network of agents.
